The Americas-Asia Trade Center & IFC (TCIFC)
The cornerstone of Mana Wynwood will be The Americas-Asia Trade Center & IFC (TCIFC), a world class platform dedicated to facilitating the flow of trade and investment between the Americas and Asia.
Occupying the highest density portions of the SAP, the TCIFC will rise alongside I-95 to provide millions of square feet of Class-A/Prime office space, showrooms, retail, and high-end hospitality for global corporations, banks, import/export companies, service providers, and government agencies.
The TCIFC will serve as a hub for business and trade, and a regional headquarters for companies from Asia and the Americas.
The Trade Center portion of the TCIFC will house 1.5 million SF of showrooms. This state-of-the-art facility will be home to the companies and service providers driving a bilateral trade relationship that is projected to reach $750 billion by the year 2020.
The Trade Center will be a dedicated space for:

- Trade & Export Promotion Agencies
The Trade Center will address issues impacting these companies and their clients:
- Travel - Reduce travel for both Latin Americans and Asians by 40% - 60%.
- Physical Presence - Buyers can see, touch, and acquire samples of products before purchasing.
- Legal - U.S. law will provide transparency and security.

The International Financial Center (IFC) portion of the TCIFC will house 1 million SF of Class-A office space. A truly unique world-class facility, the IFC will provide a home to the corporations, banks, government agencies, and services providers who help facilitate this increasingly critical vein of the global economy.
The IFC will be a home for:
- Multinational Corporations
- Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs)
- Law Firms
- Advisors and Consultants
- Multilateral Financial Institutions
- Small and Medium Size Businesses
- Consulates and Government Agencies
The IFC will provide major corporates from across Asia, Latin America and the world with a dedicated hub from which to conduct business and more efficiently expand trade and investment between Asia and the Americas. Like the Trade Center, the IFC will help address trans-border issues by centralizing operations in Miami.
Along side the 2.5 million SF of Class-A office space and showrooms, the TCIFC will supply users with dedicated retail, hospitality, and leisure amenities. Totaling nearly 400,000 SF, this infrastructure will allow the TCIFC ecosystem to thrive within Wynwood.
